    These hammers are a little harder than a regular claw hammer. They are made for striking punches and chisels. The round side is used for setting rivets and shaping metal. I like the smaller sizes for shaping copper and the heavier ones for forging steel.

    Well, I think we (myself and this site) have created a monster. My bride now is excited to move forward with fireplace with an insert in our living room, in addition to the stove we already have.

    Is it still morning? Went for our walk, came home and had breakfast. Campinspecter loaded up his tools and headed out to get a load of wood for Granny. Chicken in the slow cooker, potatoes and carrots in the oven with the timer set and kitchen cleaned up. Guess I will go down and have my shower and go to work. I think I am in for a busy day!!

    Stars were out this morning so the walk was a real nice one.
