No, you need it before number 2 happens.

I've been known to lose the top few inches of a sock in a pinch. I've also seen more than a few 'one sleeved men' exiting the porta john on the jobsite.

Not getting to work today. Made three attempts, blowing snow is having none of it. Worst of it is that there was no snow when I left the house and got caught in blizzard five miles down the road, took 35 minutes to get back home. Heard on the radio that school busses had to take kids right back home because a lot of schools canceled whilst the kids were still being picked up. Really went from zero to holy crap!

In keeping with the publisation of this forum and my own Firewood Hoarders TV project, I would like to share with you the Firewood Hoarders TV blog. In reality, the blog is just another repeater of the Roku and YouTube channels but I was hoping that it might be an easier way for some of our less tech-inclined members to access our videos. So far I have only linked my own videos, but I am hoping to have many of the other member's videos up by the end of the day.

    Link.

Brought in more wood today. Cleaned around the basement with the shop vac. Shoveled some more areas out of snow that needed it. Had lunch with parents today. Always enjoy that. They are both 80. I feel very happy and fortunate to still have them. To be able to spend time with them. I try to spend some time with them at least twice a week. They both still have good health.

Nice. I would like to ditch windows but I'm so tied to applications.

What apps in particular? There are decent replacements for a lot of them and for what there isn't there is always WINE, XEN, Virtual Box etc...

I would have to look, I've switched to a lot of open source lately. It may now be a non-issue as long as I can get my server software to function. And as long as the hardware support is there.

You would be amazed at what Linux / Unix can do these days Adam I mean really amazed.... It still isn't windows sadly but you can do most of what you need to in open source software. My personal favorite is Ubuntu and there is a lot of software available free through the repository. There is a programs called open shot you should look up Adam.

I might be looking at it for the laptop, it doesn't need to act as a server for anything. if it was well I will look at it for the media center.
