    I have one of those 52cc gems and there are witnesses on here as to the fact that it runs well. It looks and feels like the $100 saw it is but with the carb properly adjusted it runs a LOT better than I expected with no other mods. The chain it came with cuts ok once I ran it across the grinder to even it out.

    Looks and feels like a cheap POS, runs like an 026, and leaks oil like the Exxon-Valdez.

    Steve = he needs a 60+cc saw and a 22-24"

    Here is the new version of the 6700 670 = 680 http://www.echo-usa.com/Products/Chain-Saws/CS-680

    Says 20 24 27 inch bars. But IMO I wouldnt go over 20" with full comp chain. But I am a short bar big cc type.
    It might pull 24" but would be like a 365 with 24". Not my choice. Maybe full skip 24" 27"
    all JMO

    right, just like how I ran a 28" on my stock 365 when I had too, but normally it had an 18" on it. I figured if I could find a cheap 365, I could always upgrade it. I always ran 20" bars on the 72's but now I seem to favor the 25". you can do a lot with a 25"

    I like the closed port 365 cylinder better than the 372 cylinder.
    A hot rod 365 is the next saw I build after I finish these two 359/357xp saws. ;)

    Why is that? a 365 closed port is really really choked up in the transfers compared to a 72. Think 375K concrete saw. The 365 is torquier in stock form than a 372, but we all never leave them stock... lol. a decent port 365 will run right beside a 372 until 24" wood, then the 372 takes over. not talking about the Xtorqs here, old skool closed port 365's only.

    Yes old school... Talkin about a race/work saw. 16" bar for racin and a 20-24" for workin.
    Those smaller quad ports tweaked just right make a Fast Saw!

    some will laugh, but I like my Xtorq for the bigger stuff. ported right, they are stronger in big wood, but not faster in small wood so the racers won't have them.

    they do... a better big work saw imo, especially for people that mis treat them... lol. it goes when you lean on it where the strong 372's tend to drop a little when you lean on them.

    Has anyone bought from this site?

    Just curious. $270 shipped seems cheap. I know it's Chinese. But still.

    I will, I don't really venture to any other sites anymore other than to check classifieds. I'm buying a 3 point splitter on friday with payday monies, so it might be a little while before I pick one up.
