    I was also thinking you still have to carry rounds up on the trailer also. Just another thought. It is pretty much a maintenance free splitter though. Probably fun makin kindling with knot free stuff too. I load my tire on my splitting block with knot free rounds and beat the hell out of it with my maul i end up with a tire full of great kindling
