Last month I ordered a replacement sw trigger kit for a m&p pistol The item never arrived and I filed a claim I was surprised they sided with the seller It was my first claim with eBay in literally thousands of orders.
Picked up a china top handle I loaned my brother He ran about three gallons of mix through it but apparently had the chain brake engaged a lot of the time.
Earlier this year I had an eBay order that was showing delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere... contacted the seller and they said you must have a porch pirate...never been an issue before though. I looked up the UPS tracking and it said delivered to dock...hmm...no dock here, not even a deck. So I called the local UPS office, on a Saturday afternoon no less, talked with a very helpful fellow that determined there was no way that tracking number was actually my order...said they must have given me the wrong number. That started to make sense then because I ordered from this place because it seemed like a lil mom n pop shop and had very good reviews...was closer to me than the others so I thought maybe shipping would be faster too...but it was several days after the order and still no ship... so I contacted them to see what the holdup was....they said sorry, we are in the process of shutting down our store...then they gave me that bogus tracking number. eBay saw it my way and gave instant refund.
It has a notification that it was placed in my mailbox It was not or was stolen before I got to it Who knows But I've never had anything stolen in 10 years here Thousands of parts have arrived safely.
That's awesome. I love reading these sellers on ebay writing "No Returns". LOL, ebay sides with buyers. Doesn't matter if you don't want to or not. Karma is a birtch.
I have filed several returns with ebay and paypal lately. One was after the return period and they still did it.
Haven't been here in awhile. Just resealed a lower unit for a 1976 Evinrude 25hp that I rebuilt. I pinched the seal reassembling it and it leaked. Well took it off the bench and it made it to the ground behind the boat but not onto it. Fixed the LED strip lights above the bench that my son ripped in two while trying to plug them in. And also some toy Thomas the trains that he brought out to my shed and was running across the world benches.
My friend must've tried to jump start his Kodiak with his truck when the battery died He fried the stator and the cdi box It sat over 5 years he's ready for deer season now No idea where he has the front rack.
My 40.00 1984 266se finally died It's on it's original seals and bearings I put a 268 hyway popup and carb kit/fuel line in it 4 years ago. Still didn't score the piston as far as I could see I'll tear it down I'm just doing seals and a ring hopefully.
