a little butter in a pan and cook until brown on both sides.
Maybe a thick cut piece and grill it, how bad can it be ?
Not sure on the 4th yet , sure it will be something on the grill but undecided at this point.

Just got this butt on the smoker and will leave it on til tomorrow.
I went to the butcher’s last week ahead of the heat wave to grab grill stuff. While there I grabbed a rib roast for a time and weather to be named later.
Weather turned hard with rain and 50s for the weekend.
Yarded this out of the freezer this morning for my first July 4th roast.
I ordered an XL pack of Hershey bars, graham crackers and marshmallows earlier this week. WWW picked up kiddo, then back to town to pick up her little friend and they went shopping for fireworks. I went out to see some, 6 kids and 3 adults now, fun!
Put the pork butts on 2 hours ago, should be ready for supper. Beef ribs and chicken tomorrow.
