    It's my birthday as well this weekend, but as a butcher, I'll be working most of the weekend. I can't wait to be done with working holidays. 172 more days to semi retirement!

    We plan on one of our favorite cooking combos this weekend: Sous Vide, then finish on the gas grill. Nothing fancy; chicken tonight and burgers for the rest of the nights potentially. I shall try and take some pics.
