Looking good skeeter! Iw that your grill looks as used as mine does. Some feel the need to do a high temp burn and get the old crud off and the ceramic white again, but I just call it "seasoned". Once in a while I will burn off a little, but no much.
Put the Prime rib steaks on the grill today. Used Oakridge Carne Crosta rub, Kosher salt and pepper. Reverse seared them and took them off at 135°. Perfect!
No,maybe next time.theyre pretty good though cause I seasoned the slices both sides before I rolled them up kinda like a cinnamon roll.....i used Montreal chicken seasoning
I was thinking you might have had ham rolled up inside, kinda making it like chicken cordon blue. Montreal seasoning is good stuff. I used to use the steak seasoning a lot.
yeah pork tenderloin is the go-to......chops work too,and i liked these cause they had that little sirloin thingy on one side
the chicken seasoning is pretty tame as far as salt goes, but its full of other stuffsand after you put sumtin in the fridge that you used it on youll know it!!! a giant whiff of goodness
TRANSMITTING LIVE!!!!! From the compound.... Seasoned up some ground beef, packed it in some sweet onion rings. Im gonna roll wit just cheese on top tonite, but look at the space in the middle...im thinkn maybe creamed spinach?... scrambled egg?..something should go in there dammit. I didn't wrap these with bacon like on the interwebs....i love bacon but it can be too much .
C'mon Skeeter, can't have too much fun, sex, or bacon! I'd stick more burger in the middle of those tasty morsels.
I should know to never look in this thread, I get hungry every time I do. SKEETER McCLUSKEY do you even own an oven?
