    Why cooking those in pans? I generally do chops at a lower temp, 250-300 , and keep checking temps so they dont dry out. Take em off the heat around 150-160 and let sit covered to finish cooking off the heat.

    Bone in Rib Eye for 5.50/lb-Missed that one at the store but will grab em this week. I'll also use the Foodsaver vacuum packer and freeze some too.
