ok muffin tin this time turned out great....cheese that i smoked in early 2014,low sodium bacon,no salt rub,topped with grated parm after the bacon was cooked......let cool then remove from muffin pan and drain on paper towel
Cooked a few steaks over Pecan wood last night. I forgot about taking pics 'cause I was so hungry from splitting wood all day. Forgive me. I think i have a pic of the wood though! Would that help?
