Sliced up some French bread,and made a compound butter with minced garlic woo sauce and granulated onion,spread on both sides.... i put some rosemary in it too
Got my toast on,gotta pay attention cause once the first side is done the second side only takes a 1/4 of the time about 3/8" thick
I was gonna layer it with chorizo but I grabbed a pack of hot sausage by mistake,so layer of hot sausage and i had leftover bacon from yesterday's project
So the skewers are the pork-pork-pork conglomerate (loin, sausage, bacon) in the pan above?? Interesting......
Dang that looks good.... Is it....chicken and bacon? Is that red peppers or sun dried tomatoes? White sauce under there?
