What's on the grill or smoker?

If you opened a restaurant, and I was close by.....take my money! Lol

 

Looks good Skeet!

 

Sliced up some French bread,and made a compound butter with minced garlic woo sauce and granulated onion,spread on both sides.... i put some rosemary in it too

 

Got my toast on,gotta pay attention cause once the first side is done the second side only takes a 1/4 of the time about 3/8" thick

 

New pic with sun dried tomatoes....last cook I used same brand packed in oil

 

Soaked these loin slices in zesty Italian and balsamic...the smell is fantastic

 

I was gonna layer it with chorizo but I grabbed a pack of hot sausage by mistake,so layer of hot sausage and i had leftover bacon from yesterday's project

 

Top it off with more pork slices,and into the freezer for a bit while I get the pit lit.

 

Sliced up the pork thingy and skewered it!!!

Is it....chicken and bacon? Is that red peppers or sun dried tomatoes? White sauce under there?
