Mini sweet peppers sliced in half lengthwise stuffed with chive and onion cream cheese, mini hot dog,and wrapped with a half slice low sodium bacon,topped with rub of choice. cook til bacons done.
i soaked that flat iron in soy and woo sauce for prolly 3+hours....it was not even close to being as good as famous intertubers claim...
This popped up on Craigslist, I think it's a good price, thicker metal at least 1/4" but I don't like the left had setup and it's small, looking to increase cooking space but pretty good price.
