those are 2X briquettes,not the regular ones

 

some all beefers in the back and jalapeno and chedder up front

 

took almost a pint of lighter fluid,must be the low pressure system

 

Country style boneless ribz I soaked in beef injection marinade

 

theyz lookin good Minnie!!!!!

 

preppin for a 25lb batch of sausage tomorrow,gonna do half cheesy italian with peppers and half spicey cheesy
