    I usually sautee the pepper and onions and grill the brats and put it in rolls. I didn't have rolls tonight, so this went over rice pilaf.

    No grease fire. Brats were a little dry. I should have put all the veg on one skewer and cooked them longer. Good meal overall.

    image.jpeg It was warm today so I figured rather than heat the house up with turning on the oven I'd use the Weber and indirect heat to cook some apple/cornbread stuffed boneless pork chops. Worked really well. Forgot to take pics after they were done, though.
