I usually sautee the pepper and onions and grill the brats and put it in rolls. I didn't have rolls tonight, so this went over rice pilaf.
No grease fire. Brats were a little dry. I should have put all the veg on one skewer and cooked them longer. Good meal overall.
Made some pork Spiedies tonight on the Weber. Forgot to take pics on the grill. Here's the last one left.
It was warm today so I figured rather than heat the house up with turning on the oven I'd use the Weber and indirect heat to cook some apple/cornbread stuffed boneless pork chops. Worked really well. Forgot to take pics after they were done, though.
