    After brining/then rub, I started a 12lb Pork "picnic" shoulder in the smoker at 6am this morning for dinner. :drool: Man, I can't wait for this! Gonna shred it for Pulled pork Samich's and a few frosty ones! :drunk:
    This is only the 3rd time I've used this Bronco and it's panning out to be well worth the $$$. I actually caught this on sale at Home Depot last year for :emptywallet: $299.00. They are now $399.00

    I prefer those picnic's over a butt. I think you get more pork flavor from them.
