Not a dam thing wrong with that!!! IT does the same as a $5000.00 smoker does, and maybe better! Mine's not much different, but I've made many over the years! It's been cooking and smoking there now for years!
Had 7 briskets dropped off tonight! A friend had a few cows butchered and was going to grind the whole front of the cows into burger. I told him I would be pizzed if he ruined the briskets. So he was kind enough to save them for me. I’ll be smoking two for him in trade for a better price.
