That mango jalapeño sausage is pretty good,I'm not a fan of fruit in meat but it was good.

Skeeter....you sho' know how to eat. Wish you were closer. Would love to cook with you. Makes me miss all my buddies I used to cook with all the time. It's what we did....get together and cook all weekend for people.

That would be cool.nobody close by here shares my interest I got a couple buddies that bbq but only like when the weather is perfect...I try to cook everyday,if the weather is real bad I have an insulated vertical pit that is in a shelter, and if it's worse than bad I cook on the flat top,or the sandwich press or the propane burner in the shop.:grizz:or the deep fryer:chef:

You've made me want to go back and look for old pics. We don't even own a computer anymore that plays DVD's so I can dig those pics out. I used to do a big Superbowl party and had 10-12 that would come for the weekend. It was beers/BBQ the whole weekend. I have a pic somewhere of 09 where we got 13" of snow Friday night and it was nasty cold. I nailed a giant tarp to our 2nd story deck that's above the garage and pegged it to the ground. Under that we had 2 smokers rolling all weekend. Used to do that stuff almost weekly and did it year round. During the summer there would be twice or 3 times that many. Great times that I miss alot these days.

Hope you like it. It's my favorite and comes from a little town in Missouri close to where I grew up. I used to order it by the gallon but these days I just order 2 of those at a time.
