no pork belly today ....i ran out of time...i need at least a 6 hr window to do that and i was busy

fantastic pork belly glazed with japanese bbq sauce...im gonna use some as a condiment on a sandwich and it will go great with eggs for breakfast

Added some seasonings and cheese....so its thick and sticky now

 

Sammich with cheezey ground chuck sliced pork belly,lettuce, and toasted butter buns...
