So I’d give Arnold’s a C+. Lots of cryovaced hunks of meat. The cuts didn’t look that great. Most of the frozen veg and what not was portioned for restaurant cooking. Probly won’t go back…
I could care less about the big game today but mrs piney loves football and so does her family. It does give me another reason to fire up the smoker though . Throwing these pork belly burnt ends on in a few minutes after they sweat a bit. Heading over the in laws later on with this goodness.
