Direct fire,lookin good...
couple strip steaks seasoned wit double butter garlic,3 boneless chuck ribs soaked for 48hrs
Bronco lit and ready for action with grate lowered to second level...
Bronco thermo all done,reads zero and it's prolly 375° even the dog is sad..
gettin a little crust on the chuck ribs cause they went in first....gonna wrap in a few min

Good lookin flat iron steak I sliced up,it's going for a soak overnite ,then get cubed up and put on skewers over direct fire,maybe some deep fried mini taters In between, not sure yet...
Today is me and the Mrs 10yr anniversary so I cooked some thighs and a strip steak along with asparagus, green beans and rice for sides. The dirty old weber aint so dirty anymore after this cook !
Don't worry, i got her some flowers and a fancy bottle of wine to kick things up a notch .
Congrats! Our 10 is coming up in February. Know more people divorced than not, keep it going!
