Wow.... quite impressive.... definitely will be doing this one again... The only real change I did to the recipe... was instead of throwing out the 1/2 packages... I just used them all...
I use this recipe enough that I just make the dry mix and keep it in a zip lock. No need to throw it out-just use it next time Looks good! Around here, this doent last long as everyone loves it. Use a hearty bread or roll as the juices and veggies like to sink in to the bread. Where are the peppers, onions (and I add fresh baby bella mushrooms)? Dammit, now I want a sammich of this.......
I had already removed them (onions & peppers, forgot to get shrooms) into there own container..... since I'm the only one that enjoys them.... I've been putting them on top of my sandwiches....
I'm definitely going to make one of those! I already make something close and I don't roll up the bacon, I use cut up sausage links with bacon and scrambled eggs.
I am not so sure about the rolled up bacon. I want my bacon cooked! so I would cook it soft, but cooked before I rolled it up. I loved all the ingredients.
