The cool morning temps the past few days had me thinking about chili. But then summer decided it wasn't done yet and we're back in the 90's and humid. The chili's gonna have to wait haha
Got a chuck roast on the dirty old weber today. Trying out the slow and sear for the first time. Once i was able to dial in the temp around 250⁰ it's been pretty smooth sailing. It's wrapped now and almost to 205⁰IT.
4 hours in. A quick flip on the pork and stir beans Beans get maybe another hour and pork on for the ride until 200. enjoy the holiday everyone!
A simple grilling later today. Burgers and veggies, with steamed corn on the cob. Grilled veggies will be, Potatoes Onion Zucchini Plum tomatoes Red pepper Pics will follow
Burgers and corn are fine with me any day I think I’d rather have a good burger than a steak And don’t forget to wash it down with something cold
Oh yeah. It'll probably a Sam Adam's Porch Rocker, which has a citrus flavor, stronger then some care for. Me like!
