Ribeyes are looking good skeet! Hopefully the weather passed. So I've been itching to try my hand at cooking paella on the dirty old weber and gave it a go tonight. The mussels,clams and shrimp all came from my favorite fresh seafood joint. A wok is not the right tool for the job but it worked ok for the first try. I definitely used too much seafood but I'd still give the flavor a 10/10 for sure! I ended up steaming some of the clams separately because they wouldn't open due to how much stuff was in the pan. Oh there's four boneless chicken thighs in there too!
Sous Vide split chicken breast finished on the Smokey Joe. Some zucchini and onions with soy sauce as well.
