No wrap no foil no 3-2-1 bullchit ,no nothing...you people need to get a grip and learn how to cook ribs
Econo smoke #57 50/50 pork butt and 80/20 ground beef. I minced the pork and just mixed it up. It's one the fire right now. Last night was pp tacos.
I'm not sure what I was expecting, they were good but underwhelming. They might be different done in a hot skillet. My (other) thoughts while mincing the pork was somehow bind it together into a patty and just brown it as it's already cooked, a kinda mini bark.
Whutchu mean "you people" . BCB that duck looks freakin awesome! The old pitboss needed a new firepot so I dropped in a new stainless one and gave it a test run with some bloomin bologna. Also fired up the dirty old weber for this locally raised bone in ribeye.
It was amazing. The only downside was clean up afterwards with all of the duck fat and no hot water lol. I just got to a point where I said screw it, I threw everything into a garbage bag and brought it home and ran it through the dishwasher lol.
