I know that. Ive tried the Classic, forged made in Spain but cant justify the Zwilling pricing just because they are German made so that's why I was asking for the difference.

well,so far they are like most other knives....super sharp at the onset,then after cutting stuff and banging around in the sink for a while they lose their edge..ive sharpened a few of them and they seem to be fine...time will tell....seems to be some confusion on origin....looks like single stick figure is forged and some are made in spain from german steel, twin stick man is stamped and made in germany anyways,im happy with the way they sharpen so far...cant tell you the difference cause i dont own the other ones.

You didn’t answer the question. I guess I thought short and sweet was sufficient. Well Seasoned, I remember some kind of update was needed for the site, like a refresh… when iOS pushed a big update for Apple products. Does that ring a bell? I don’t know what phone or operating system this member uses.
