    Honey balsamic dressing for binder, salt and pepper.
    A little bit of smaller pecan chunks.

    No just late getting here. First fire yesterday. Ran it about 3 hours right around 300 then hosed it out to steam clean, then another couple hours and steam it again, followed by a couple hours with some smoke then back to a hotter fire for an hour or so.
    Now ready to cook on.

    Yes a Kitchen Aid one.
    I received as a Christmas gift and thought " Great" another kitchen tool I won't use.
    Just the opposite , it doesn't get used daily but when it does it kicks azz.

    Yeah I think I have Cusinart. If you get the chopping bowl accessory it can be a real time saver
