    academy sports sells "old country" if you want anything quality its gonna be $$$$.... you should look at lone star...the entry level off sets arnt too bad if you dont add alot of options.

    That is a good question. Nothing too big size wise and would like decent quality but not looking for a BBQ trailer that can feed an army either.

    Yeah I know that this could be on a slippery slope kind of asking what saw to buy.

    Thick chops are the best! Low cooking temps keeps em moist especially if they are thinner cuts.

    Most think 165 deg for pork.....

    140-145 and a short rest is perfect, especially for chops

    i was going for 140 but a beer got in my way...so i figured 145°

    So frustrating that I can't get my phone to agree with the FHC site to put pictures on anymore. However I just got done with; 80 lbs of deer sausage, 40 lbs of summer sausage, 15 lbs of bulk sweet Italian pork sausage, and 50 lbs of bulk breakfast pork sausage. Lots of yum! :beerbbq:
