    I was digging through the freezer this morning for deer breakfast sausage and somehow dropped a frozen chub of chorizo on my bare foot. That sucker hit me pointed end down right above my big toe. Looks like we're having chorizo for lunch o_O:rofl: :lol:.

    SKEETER McCLUSKEY that jalapeño cream cheese looks good on those sauages! You get some good grill marks on the paper plate?

    no,because it allows more room for other stuff without becoming over salty...the sausage is salty,the mozzarella is too,plus the rub.
