SKEETER McCLUSKEY that tri tip looks killer!

Smoked some meatballs tonight. 88/12 beef seasoned with meat church holy cow stuffed with bacon cheddar cheese. Brushed a few of them with bbq sauce for the last 20mins or so.

ok... so how do you stuff a meatball because that looks killer! Stick a hole to the center with finger, fill, and then spackle it shut? Not sure of a better term here than spackle, please educate me!!

Form the meatball then flatten it in your hand. Put the cheese cube in the center and form the ball back over it. Or spackle over it

Pic looks upside down-not likely but looks like it is.

Maybe breadcrumbs would have kept it right side up :zip:

Cevapi. It’s a Bosnian meat thing. Tastes good. Especially over cherry coals.

You got that right. Came out pretty tasty. Salt, pepper and some barbecue sauce for the win.
