    Awesome looking Cubanos Skeeter! My wife and I found an authentic Latin Cafe down in Miami this past spring. The place was legit as we were the only gringos/English speakers in there. They had outstanding Cubano sandwiches!

    Hopefully… this recipe hasn’t let me down yet…. Looking at about 8-9 hours of cook time at 180F… but it’s a 7 boner or a full Prime Rib… so we will see…

    I’ll pour it into a glass bowl. We’ll either drizzle or use it as a dipping sauce… Kinda like a Au Jus sauce…

    sounds good!! figured you cookin @180 might have quite a bit of drippins...not sure,my cooks are hotter so the drippins usually get vaporized...but i do use a pan to keep the pit clean
