no smoker action today it hasnt rained in months and the wind been gusting all day outta the south...dont wanna start a fire...it be ok if the wind wasnt blowing...i got a picanha thawed out i was gonna cook guess itll wait til tomorrow ..dont want to cook it on the flat top
It’s been bone dry here too. Haven’t had to mow the lawn in over a month. I don’t even hear a lawnmower running in the neighborhood. Relief is supposed to be on the way for us overnight and all day tomorrow. We need a real soaker right now. Hope you get some soon too.
Does a cooker like the Bronco pose much of a fire risk? I mean while cooking... obviously being smart with the ashes etc
