Bacon wrapped, cream cheese stuffed jalapeño slices and some wings tonight. Tried out my "poortex" on the weber for the first time. . The power went out in the middle of cookin some mac and cheese for the kids so I improvised .
Thanks! The big fire last week was a little close for comfort but our FFS did a fantastic job getting it contained while dealing with high winds and dry conditions. That one burned 13,000 acres. Another fire lit up about 15miles from me yesterday but I'm pretty sure they got control of that one quickly.
Not on grill or smoker but rotisserie counts. Got a pasture raised chicken. Served with roasted turnips.
Thanks Skeet ! The lowes by me generally carries only Cowboy but just checked and they have Royal Oak as well now. Got away from RO due to same issues you were seeing a few years ago but on sale, I dont care.
My lowes generally has both kinds of cowboy and kamado joe,and royal oak....I figured I could deal with a handful of rocks for $11.98
