    used about 3tblsp for 2.25lb ground beef.......no salt,no pepper,no nothing.....i ate one plain without a bun and it was great!! next time i will add seasonings but no salt

    Beef Birria tacos. Seems to be all the rage on a lot of cooking channels/blogs so I had to try them out for myself. Definitely delicious but time consuming to make the beef. Thanks for the kind words.
