Only the wife and I so did up 2 Turkey breast and they came out delicious
Heavy smoke at 180* for just over an hour then cranked it up till they came up to internal temperature.
Rinsed with cold water , hit with virgin Olive oil then our favorite rubs in the fridge for a day . Wife also got me some Tasty Bourbon ! Wife made her famous Chorizo stuffing which is a meal in itself , her being of Portuguese folk she has this recipe from her Aunt .

    Dang,
You are creative and obviously love doing this!

Do you turn your superhero cooker cape around and use it for an apron too?

That looks awesome. I recently picked up the Meater plus for my rotisserie and have been dying to try it out.
What kind of rotisserie do you use, how long to cook?
