    Today is the pinnacle of my short ceramic grill career. Been using this multiple times a week since February and absolutely love it. Best tasting chicken, fish and beef period. Today is the all day Brisket cook. This is after 5 hours or so. Sitting at 147 waiting for 165 to paper it. Having potato au-graten with it and acorn squash.     As part of the host committee for a camp out of 300 people I had to figure out a way to use a bunch of apple turnovers that were donated

    These were two pork butts. One had perfect pulled pork consistency while the other was great sandwich meat. Beef is so high these days so the pork was a great choice. received_2954501814807177.jpeg 20210619_191356.jpg
