    My first attempt armadillo eggs. They turned out awesome! Although apparently I picked out the hottest jalapeños on the planet o_O

    Got 3 slabs of baby backs prepped and sprinkled in the frig...gonna put them on before church in the morning. Got all 3 kids and families coming over to swim and eat about 6 PM... 0529212314.jpg

    Haha they were definitely some of the hottest jalapeños I've had. The mrs, who loves spice even more than I do said they were smokin hot

    Put 2 of the 3 pork butts in the ceramic at 7 this morning . Still in the 40's and calling for rain. I rolled it out to where I can drag it under the rear leanto if that happens.
    I'm going to start a thread on smoking a ham if anyone has any tips.

    Just starting to rain again, drug her under the roof. I think we're having leftovers for super, how about that for looking out for your buddy's :hair: one of them is a concrete contractor that helped pour some footings the other day, wouldn't take any money. This other buddy helps out around here, I think just for something to do NOT at home.:eek:
    Good guy also.

    They finished at 2pm. The concrete guy picked his up already. The other guy just pulled in.
