    Use sugar maple for beef, it destroys Texas style red oak

    I wonder what they serve here. This is a few minutes from my where I live. Unfortunately we're in lockdown so its either take-out only or closed. Our Premier of the province of Ontario was worth $3 million, now he's worth $50 million because his company Deco Labels prints social distancing stickers so its in his best interest to keep it locked down.

    Mashed taters from meatloaf the other night, along with the last of the pp turned into taco filling.
    Fast and tasty, but possibly an acquired breakfast menu, starting the day with a hint of smoked meat - mmmmmm

    Anybody use meat church rubs? I just recently ordered a bunch from them and needless to say I'm not disappointed! I usually make my own rubs but these are freakin fantastic. I've used pretty much all of them except the honey bacon.

    I've got two racks of baby backs on right now for dinner. One with honey hog and one with honey hog hot topped with a little voodoo.
