What's on the grill or smoker?

I will get there one of these days.

 

I wasn't anywhere near there.....customer showed up Friday night with a care package ....he was passing by,and we trade good food.

 

We dropped 7 ribeyes on the smoker for our son- in - law's birthday
After I flipped them and dropped a little butter on top.

Those look delightful! But also like something that could spell T-R-O-U-B-L-E in the turkey woods in the am...... (kinda like that Korean food a few years ago...note to self -DO NOT eat Korean before going turkey hunting the next morning....)
