If you tilt your head to the left and look at the ribs, it looks like a pig with a joint hanging out of its mouth

This was from last week but oh well.

2 T-bones, they are from a holstein so not as good as a beef breed steak, but I got them free so I won't complain!
Got the charcoal hot as I could, gave both sides a sear and got a little crisp on the fat... Mmm.... :grizz:  KIMG0396.JPG KIMG0397.JPG

    Leftover mashed taters with PP
(There's no such thing as leftover PP). I brown the taters then add the diced PP to warm it up then mix it together.
I imagine that an egg wouldn't hurt incorporated if you're an egg guy.
    Good breakfast.

I’m cooking for a retirement party so
I grabbed some chuck roast on sale. This is the first wave, I have about 25lbs that I’m smoking and shredding.

Love smoking a chuck. Just as good or sometimes better than brisket in my opinion!

Was dying for a pastrami sandwich last night. Rye, kraut, Swiss and stone ground mustard. Almost a Reuben but not quite.
