    It works really gooder. Turkey breast came out tender and juicy. My wife said it was too hot to turn on the oven inside so I put the spiral ham in there to heat up and made roasted potatoes too. So far I like it. BTW, I got the SnS-plus.

    Getting real fancy and stuff this weekend. Smoking a 5 pound bologna chub. Scored, light BBQ sauce and rubbed. Going to smoke it tonight and then take it to camp tomorrow, slice it up, throw it on a hot grill then make some bologna and onion sandwiches. Stay tuned for finished product pics.
