    That’s tomorrow Skeeter. Buffalo wings and fries takeout now. Got the wrong sauce and my mouth and throat are on fire and beer isn’t quenching it.

    Well i nailed the temp but it was a tad too salty. I used a new SPG ratio and it was definitely too much salt.

    Flats are usually a challenge with how lean they can be.

    Right here skeeter. Getting up,early starting to cook about 6. Plans changed. I’ll get you some pictures. Meat is in the fridge dry brining, going to give it a rub here shortly and go to bed.
