yeah i skipped the bacon today...just wanted the burger onion and cheese....the bacon becomes overpowering at a point

We had a weird afternoon. Some thunder and wind, bright then dark, come and go rain but uneventful overall. Hope you don't have to listen to the generator for long.
Edit; your bacon comment is completely out of character for you. How close to the lightning were you .

 

First time I didn't wrap it and I forgot to put in the heat shields.
That piggy had enough bark to mulch the garden but the inside was juicy and the diced bark mixed in worked out well.

I'm am sorry that I disrespected bacon in my last cook

 

Brisket went on sale and I grabbed one for $35. Salt, pepper and coffee. Smoked with oak and hickory pellets.

 

Trying to get rid of the factory flavor for some steaks tonight.

 

I’ll have to get a hose to connect to a bigger tank it sucks up the little green ones pretty quick!

 

No sir it came from China I would expect nothing less.

 

I think I’m gonna like this thing. I ran out of green bombs for the steaks last night. Whomever thought you could use this with the small tanks was wrong. It should come with the 20 lb tank hose!
