Thanks. They were good. Three hours in the barrel with Bone Suckin' Sauce the last 20 minutes. I love that barrel cooker.

Trying my hand at them crackers. The ones on the left (top :D) are the original... the ones on the right (bottom). Have some Habanero sauce that was added...

What is left of a 9.5 pound pork butt. Didn’t get a before picture or a picture of the pig candy. Wife’s 50th last night put a hurting on the pulled pork and destroyed the bacon. My friend made Buffalo chicken dip, smoked homemade meatballs, and ham and cheese sliders. Had some smoked cheese from Christmas left that disappeared, someone made homemade clam dip and salsa and brought tons of chips. A girl my wife works with made 84 Jell-O shots and brought a cake. We had lots of fun and was there until 2 am, I haven’t stayed up that late in a long time but was a good time with good friends. Thanks Chvymn99 for some cheese insight a few months ago and SKEETER McCLUSKEY for some bacon tips, there was only a few strips left out of 3 pounds. Just got finished doing up all the dishes and cleaning up the smoker now thinking about a little nap maybe. image.jpg

Looks good. Had a sale at shaws and the wife grabbed 4 of them. Need to try one smoked. Usually they just end up in the crockpot.

IV seen them marinated at Hannaford but never bought them, usually do it myself. Might smoke one of these up next weekend if we are home. I’m not a big pork fan but it looks good. Got some haddock to do soon too.
