Just kidding, I work and also cook at the compound..so it's very convenient......change a transmission while the brisket cooks

Had no idea they had a new model out. Mine is same as yours , 36 inch with 4 burners. It's been sitting upstairs in my garage hibernating for the winter , I didn't want to leave it out in the elements over the winter. Nice weather is just around the corner so time to drag it out !
I don't have the cover. I do have some sheet aluminum and was going to shear it and bend up a cover. Just haven't gotten around to it yet. I should probably move it up on my list of things to do.
Here it is....thick sliced with dark brown sugar and chipotle...its bubbling but I'm gonna let it get a little darker
