    My wife just took a package of those we got at Costco out of the freezer. Now I know what I can do with them.

    They were very good... I was suprised on how much extra kick the BBQ gave to the burnt in. kinda of finger lickin' good...

    My sister got a new Ooni wood fire pizza oven. I gotta say at first glance I thought it was kinda lame but once I got a little fire going with some nicely seasoned red oak I was super impressed with how much heat is produced by that little firebox. Pizzas took maybe 2 minutes to cook. Maybe not the prettiest but we are rookies to this!!

    Decided to take a turkey we had in the freezer and put it in the Pit Barrel yesterday. It came out moist and juicy. I’ll do these like this more often. Took a little more than 3.5 hours.
