Sliced up a bunch of sweet white onion's for the flat top cook yesterday and ended up with more than I needed so a jar got pickled.
So I had leftover meat mixture from yesterday...today made meatballs and cooked them in the kamado @350 they are fantastic.
Tested out the new toy (Pit Barrel Cooker) over the weekend with chicken and ribs. Today, I had to make a brisket and burnt ends. I made the burnt ends out of the point. Like buttah!
Kinda miss the plow installs. In the end I was doing it for cash after hours. They were pizzed I did it in half the time when they stated to pay cash! Lol
It would be nicer if they put it on the pallet better. No thought was put into the fella that has to un pack blades stacked on each other!
