    I started way too late, got them cooked but they needed more time to break down. I think.

    Also I’m not sure that they were plate ribs the better Mercian speaker wasn’t at the shop when I picked them up.

    I’ll have to look around, I haven’t seen beef ribs in the other local spots. Buddy’s aunt works at a slaughter house perhaps she can point me in the right direction.

    Prime cut dry aged ribeyes from Sunday night. My birthday was Saturday and I was just in the mood to blow a wad of cash on some nice steaks. These were good, but for what I paid, I doubt I'll be getting them again. I gotta say the only thing I can tell the difference with between these prime cuts and the usual Choice cut I'd get, is PRICE! :hair:

    I take the seeds and the pith out, they aren’t really that hot at all.

    when I’m making them for the boys I’ll leave the seeds in a couple. Wait till they get a glow on and put them out. Then sit back and wait! Lol
