Ribs looks Good....
... Got all the Onions and Garlic out... Then put some back into the Onions and Garlic bowl and some went back into the pulled beef... I might have taken a spoon full or two while I was dippin' it out... I put about handful and half into the freezer for some chilli this fall....

Salmon squash and asparagus
I put 1 hour of smoke on ground venison for chili last night. Amazing. I think this is going to be the new routine for chili making. Really adds a nice flavor.
Got a bunch of chicken thighs brining now....going to cook them over the fire pit tonight. Either going to use some pear or cherry....not sure which.
Someone went shopping......
I got tired of using tinfoil and rocks for the lower draft control. I got 8 years out of the last one so for 160 bucks I figure I can’t go wrong.
Well worth the investment.
When we are done paying 1600$ a month childcare daddy is gonna get a sick grill!
