    well....it looks like alot but those are halves...so its really 2 double pie iron....2 single round....and 1 waffle.....so if one were to entertain alot around a fire pit you would actually need more of them.
    but im antisocial so at the compound its me and the warden....gun slingin cats

    Will have to go back for a bit of research

    Honestly I'm not sure. Generally I aim for 12-13hrs @225° for a 7lb butt. I put these shortly after 11pm and by 6am already had an IT of 160°. I like to pull them at 195° and usually let them rest wrapped in a towel in the cooler for at least 1hr. These I let rest for 2hrs and they were still piping hot and juicy!

    Actually now that I think about it. These finished in just under 12hrs. I think I need to ease up on the day drinking lol. :rofl: :lol: :drunk: o_O
