Well the butts finished a few hrs before I expected so they're wrapped and in the cooler. Told friends to come over sooner than later but I'm sure it will still be nice and juicy. Two separate rubs on these. One is my go to and one I'm trying for the first time (more paprika and black pepper)
Last nite was 73/27 ground beef mixed with hot sausage that I took out of casings,minced dried onions a little sugar,and piquante peppers cooked with hickory
I diced some of these up and added to my meatball mixture, they were great,I use these peppers quite a bit....make sure you buy the mild ones!!!!
not yet....im preppin for winter right now...gotta do a bunch of plows and spreaders,gettin firewood in etc...ill get to it soon
fer sure dood....ill post pics and answer questions....i just cut a 56"x28"x3/8"plate this morning for a customer making a workbench/table for a small coal forge,but he saw mine and said hes gonna order one
